What the service does
Maroc Emploi IT, published by Vision Business Consulting, connects IT professionals with companies hiring in Morocco or internationally.
Candidates upload their CV; a profile is extracted from it automatically, which they check and complete. Employers post a job offer and receive profiles ranked by transparent criteria.
We are neither an employer nor a staffing agency: we do not guarantee any hire, application or reply.
Access to the service
The service is free for candidates and always will be. No account is needed to upload a CV; a login link sent by email then lets you manage your profile.
Access to profiles is reserved for employers with a company account approved by our team. We may refuse an account request, in particular if the company cannot be verified.
The service is open to adults or people of legal working age in the country where they are looking for a job.
Candidate commitments
By uploading a CV, you agree to:
- upload only your own CV, never someone else's;
- provide accurate, honest information, including about your availability, expected pay and work authorisation, and keep it up to date;
- check the automatically extracted profile and correct any mistakes before confirming it;
- not include in your CV any unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Employer commitments
By using the recruiter area, employers agree to:
- use profiles, contact details and skills dossiers solely to recruit for their own company;
- never resell, transfer or publish the profiles they view, or build a database from them;
- not discriminate in any way, in particular on the basis of origin, sex, age, religion, family situation, health or disability;
- keep unlocked contact details and CV content confidential;
- share a shortlist link only with people involved in the recruitment, and revoke it as soon as it is no longer needed;
- not try to get around a candidate's choice to hide from them, or to identify an anonymised profile;
- post genuine, accurate job offers that comply with the law;
- comply with the GDPR and Law No. 09-08: once they unlock a candidate's contact details or contact them, they act as an independent data controller for how they use that data;
- keep their login details confidential and give account access only to members of their company.
Automatically generated content
Profiles and job offers are pre-filled by automated analysis, with the CV sentences each item relies on. This extraction may still contain errors or omissions.
Candidates have the final say on their profile: they check and correct it before confirming it, and can edit it at any time. Employers likewise check the analysis of their offer before publishing it.
Automatically generated summaries and skills dossiers are a reading aid; they do not replace reading the full profile.
The score: an aid, not a decision
The match score is calculated by fixed rules (skills, role, experience, pay, location, availability, languages, profile freshness) that take no account of name, photo, age or gender. School is displayed but never scored.
It helps employers decide which profiles to read first. The decision to contact, interview or hire a candidate always rests with a human recruiter, who is solely responsible for it.
Prohibited uses
To protect candidates and the service, you must not:
- extract or harvest data from the website, manually or by automated means (bots, scripts, scraping);
- access the service other than through the interface provided, or try to bypass its limits and protections;
- create fake profiles, fake accounts or fake job offers;
- use the messaging feature for sales prospecting, spam or content unrelated to recruitment;
- compromise the security or proper functioning of the platform.
Suspension and deletion
If these terms are breached, we may hide a profile or suspend or delete an account, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.
Candidates can delete their profile at any time from "My profile". Employers can ask for their account to be closed by emailing contact@marocemploi-it.com.
Availability and changes to the service
We strive to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, incidents or a provider outage may interrupt it.
Demonstration profiles, fictitious and clearly labelled as such, may be shown to employers to illustrate how the platform works.
We may change, add or remove features.
Intellectual property
The website, its brand, design, texts and code belong to the publisher and may not be reproduced without permission.
You remain the owner of your CV and your job offers. You only authorise us to store, analyse and display them to the relevant users, to the extent needed to run the service and for as long as they remain on the platform.
Liability
Each user is responsible for the information they publish and for how they use the service. The publisher is not a party to the exchanges or contracts between candidates and employers.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, or for an extraction error that the user did not correct.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Uploading a CV requires your explicit consent to the processing of your profile and its sharing with approved employers; you can withdraw it at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
If there is a significant change, users with an account will be informed by email or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write to us first so we can look for an amicable solution.
Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that allow consumers to bring proceedings in the courts where they live and to benefit from the protections of their own country's law.
