How it works
One CV, one minute, every match explained.
Here's what happens, step by step, between your CV and your next interview.
For candidates
From your CV to your next job.
- 1
You drop your CV
PDF, Word or photo, from your phone. No account, no password. We ask for your consent before analyzing anything.
- 2
Your profile fills in before your eyes
Experience, employers and end clients, skills, certifications, languages: your profile fills in live, with the line from your CV that proves each skill.
- 3
You check and fix
Remove a misread skill, add a missing one. A skill you add yourself is marked “declared”.
- 4
Five questions, big buttons
Location, availability, net pay, spoken languages, openness to French companies. Everything is pre-filled whenever your CV allows it.
- 5
You choose who can't see you
Your current employer is hidden by default. You can add others.
- 6
Companies come to you
Your profile, without your name or contact details, appears in the rankings for jobs that fit you. An interested company contacts you by email.
What you get
Fast, explained, in your control.
Three commitments, for candidates and recruiters alike.
A profile in a minute
- Experience, skills, languages taken from your CV
- Every skill linked to the line that proves it
- Nothing made up: anything missing stays blank
- Age, photo, nationality, marital status ignored
Explained matches
- Durations per experience and per skill
- Seniority and how recent each skill is
- Every skill backed by your CV
- A score out of 100, broken down criterion by criterion
A human decides
- The recruiter reads the ranking and its reasons
- No automatic rejection
- They choose who to contact
- You stay free to reply or not
The score in detail
Six criteria, a known weighting.
Default weighting. It's versioned and every change is logged; the recruiter always sees the breakdown criterion by criterion.
Skills
35%The required skills, backed by your experience, with how long and how recently you used them.
Role
15%Your main role compared with the job: DevOps, data, development…
Experience
20%Relevant years for this job — not too few, not way too many.
Salary
12%Your net expectation compared with the company's budget, also net.
Location
10%City, remote work, mobility: what works for both sides.
Availability
8%When you can start, notice period included.
Four labels, always shown with the score
Strong (80 and above, with all must-have skills well covered), Good (65 and above), Partial (45 and above), Limited. A profile missing a must-have skill can't be “Strong”.
The languages required by the job and how recent the profile is can adjust the score; the recruiter is then told.
